Our examiners are experienced in handling all EASA licenses. We will carry out the LPC in accordance with your needs, whether it is a revalidation or renewal.
Revalidations are based upon a proficiency check in accordance with Appendix 9 to Part FCL on the relevant aircraft type. The revalidation of an instrument ratings, is normally combined with the proficiency check.
If a type rating has expired we will evaluate the required refresher training, as regulated by EASA FCL AMC1 740(b)(1) to reach the level of proficiency necessary to safely operate the aircraft. Should refresher training be required, a personalised program will be set up safeguarding not only the quality of training, but also avoiding unnecessary cost for you, the pilot. The refresher training is concluded by a renewal proficiency check in accordance with Appendix 9 to Part-FCL.
Licence renewal isn't just about the proficiency check. National licensing authorities generally have specific requirements which must be complied with before the check and when submitting licence paperwork.
Prior to undertaking the proficiency check we research applicable national differences to EASA regulations and apply them to the proficiency check or training package.
Once the proficiency check is complete will supply the required paperwork, ready to be sent to the authority. As some EASA countries have slightly different procedures for processing and acknowledging LPCs, we follow every Proficiency Check all the way until the paperwork is concluded and you have your new licence in hand.Back to Training
